Since 2011, Jonathan has been a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to working with his clients to help achieve their goals whether it be to rehab an injury or just improve quality of life via massage therapy.
As a functional fitness athlete since 2014, and more recently a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer, Jonathan has learned and continues to learn how important fitness is to feel young and stay healthy. Jonathan’s experience as a CrossFit coach means he has an appreciation for the hard work and sweat that each and every client experiences and this understanding can go a long way when it comes to developing successful treatment plans for his clients.
Having specialized in treating injuries sustained during sport, work or just everyday life for 10+ years, Jonathan uses his profound knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics when training his clients. In treatment Jonathan can utilize heavy pressure along with various techniques such as myofascial release, stretching, kinesio taping or just general soft-tissue work to bring clients closer to their ultimate fitness goals.
