Bilingual & Professional Customized Care
Anik Lalonde graduated from Queens University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Previous to which, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Her career began in orthopedic physiotherapy, which she continue to love and practice, but has since developed a keen interest and specialty in pelvic health physiotherapy.
As many studies show, it is important to consider the connection between the deeper structures of the pelvis, core muscles, and the whole body. Anik can provide her orthopedic patients with the benefits of her pelvic health and core knowledge on its often-missed contribution to various musculoskeletal complaints.
Far too many times she has seen people struggling with abdominal-pelvic health “dysfunctions” thinking nothing can be done about the matter. It breaks her heart that they still don’t know that conservative treatment options do exist to alleviate their symptoms. Her goal is to enable women and men to feel great, improve their health and wellbeing, provide safe and clinically effective exercises and/or advice and education about their own bodies so that they can improve their health and reduce injury.
Anik uses a combination of manual therapy, myofascial release, and exercise rehabilitation including integration of breath and mindful movement when creating individualized treatment plans. She strongly believes that the key to successful therapy starts with carefully listening to a person’s story and is a strong advocate in educating patients and giving them the right tools that will allow them to pursue the activities that truly matter to them.
Anik has a life-long commitment to continuing education in order to provide quality services to all her clients and has taken several post-graduate courses over the last few years:
As both a Registered Massage Therapist and Owner at Kinahealth Rockland, Kenny is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. He combines hands-on therapeutic care with a patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment to each individual’s unique goals, whether that’s recovering from an injury, reducing pain, improving mobility, or simply managing the physical stresses of everyday life.
His treatments draw on evidence-informed massage therapy techniques to address musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, tension, and recovery from physical activity, while always considering the whole person rather than just the area of discomfort. He believes that education, movement, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals are key components of long-term success.
In his role as Owner, Kenny is equally committed to ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. He works closely with the Kinahealth team to foster a collaborative, welcoming environment where multidisciplinary care allows patients to receive the right treatment at the right time.
Together with his wife, Anik Lalonde, founder and physiotherapist at Kinahealth Rockland, he shares a vision of creating a clinic where compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a personalized approach come together to help every patient reach their full potential.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Kenny immersed in one of his many passions. He’s an avid Formula 1 fan who appreciates precision, performance, and strategy, a lifelong hockey enthusiast, and someone who enjoys just about anything with an engine, whether it’s cars or motorcycles. And yes, if you notice a bit of Batman around the clinic, that’s no coincidence. While he can’t promise to fix the Batmobile, he can certainly help if your back feels like you’ve been wrestling the Joker.
Whether he’s treating patients, supporting the clinic behind the scenes, or debating the greatest F1 driver of all time, Kenny brings the same enthusiasm, dedication, and sense of humour to everything he does. His goal is simple: to help every patient leave feeling better than when they walked in and maybe share a laugh along the way.
