Direct Billing For Your Convenience!

For your convenience, our admin team can administer your insurance claim while you are in for your treatment. At Kinahealth our goal is to provide you with exceptional service while keeping your treatment affordable. Let our admin team know that you would like to set up direct billing when booking. 

Direct billing can save you time and reduce out of pocket expenses for Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services. Based on how your insurance plan is set up, your claim can be administered one of the following ways: 

  • Plans with 100% coverage – the claim will be paid directly to the clinic with no expense to you at all.
  • Plans with partial coverage – the portion of your claim that is covered by your insurance plan will be paid directly to the clinic. You will be asked to pay the remainder.
  • Some insurance companies will not send funds to the clinic. In these cases, we ask you to pay for your treatment as usual but we will submit the claim on your behalf and the funds will then be sent directly to you. 

Our administrative team is pleased to relieve you of the additional task of submitting electronic or paper claims to your insurance provider leaving you with more time to do the things you love.

Direct billing is also available through Medavie Blue Cross – including  Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP.

Important Booking Policy Update

Dear Kinahealth Rockland patients,

Effective August 10, 2026, a valid credit card will be required to reserve appointments. 

Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, missed appointment, or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy. 

This update helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures appointment times remain available for all clients.
