Physio Yoga Class Conditions

Classes may be covered by private health insurance plans under Physiotherapy if you are currently under active care.

If you are not currently under active Physiotherapy care and would like to deduct these classes from private insurance, a Physiotherapy assessment is required prior to the start of class to determine if it is an appropriate form of care for you. Please go online or call Kinahealth Rockland to book your initial assessment.

For all outside patients, please give us your referring physiotherapist’s contact information via the form bellow and we will forward a short referral form to be completed. Please note: It is up to you and your referring Physiotherapist to ensure all paperwork has been submitted prior to the start of classes. You will be notified by email when we receive the proper paperwork so you can schedule your virtual complementary10 minute discovery call with the teacher (ideally 1-2 weeks prior to the first class).

All classes must be attended live by the participant, whether in person (preferred) or virtually (as needed), in order to qualify for private insurance reimbursement. A receipt will be provided electronically after each class. Missed classes will not be reimbursed and the full class fee will be charged – this may not be covered by insurance.

Covid 19 – All participants must have received their second dose of vaccination 14 days prior to the start of the series. All participants will be required to fill and pass the covid screening for each class.

Payment

Once you are confirmed for the classes with all referrals in and the discovery call completed we will contact you to arrange E-transfer payment prior to the start of the series. Card or cash payment is also accepted if you choose to stop by Kinahealth to make the payment.

Please check with your individual insurance company to determine if these classes will be covered under Physiotherapy.
